Lynn Tritton Loya founded Arroyo Seco Design Studio in 2006 after many years of working with top design firms and architects throughout the southwestern United States. She is a licensed interior designer and has practiced professional interior design for over 25 years gaining experience and expertise in a wide variety of projects which include commercial, hospitality and “green built”  residential buildings.

 

As a forerunner in industry trends she pursued energy efficiency and responsible use of materials and resources long before it was mainstream. Lynn is an Accredited Professional with the US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program, she is certified by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) and is a Professional Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).

 

Over the past several years Lynn has cultivated her skills in 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM), earned the Healthy Home Specialist designation, Certified Sustainability Managers Certification and a certificate in Architectural Design. She is student of design and building science evaluating innovative alternative construction methods to merge the latest in green building and building science strategies with sustainable life style trends in commercial and residential projects for new construction and renovation projects.
